Returns:
Generally, on small items, TRI-L and Precision Manufacturing will be willing to take the product
back minus outbound and return freight charges if you’re not happy. On the larger items a return
authorization is always required. It will be your responsibility to repack the item and pay the
freight back to the destination for refund, if returning for any reason. We will be happy to work
with you to get the best possible freight rates and to arrange shipping. The item must be returned
in like-new condition and inspected before credit is given. Any item that is damaged or has been
installed and used may be refused.
- Returns Must Be Made Within 30 Days Of Invoice Date.
- Return Shipment Must Be Prepaid.
- All Returns Will Be Subject To A 15% Restocking Charge.
- Special Order & Non-Inventory Items all sales are final. See warranty page for repair or

Shipping Damage:
If there is any damage to a product delivered by a trucking company, WRITE IT ON THE
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS, also called the “Bill of Lading.” If your item arrives extremely
damaged, you may refuse shipment and have the shipper return the product. You will receive a
full refund when the product is received by TRI-L and Precision Manufacturing. If the damage
with the order was concealed, you may request from TRI-L and Precision Manufacturing to
process a return and refund. Make sure to take PHOTOS for documentation as proof of claim.
