6-Month Limited Warranty

General Provisions

The warranties described below are provided by Tri-L Manufacturing, Inc. (“Tri-L”) to the original purchasers of new products from Tri-L or an authorized dealer. Under these warranties, Tri-L will repair or exchange, at its option, any covered product (or component part) which is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty term. Warranty service must be performed by Tri-L. Warranty service will be performed without charge to the purchasers for parts or labor. Purchaser will be responsible, however, for any service call and/or transportation of product to and from Tri-L’s place of business, and for any service and/or maintenance not directly related to any defect covered under the warranties below. These warranties are non-transferrable and non-assignable.

What Is Warranted and for How Long?

Tri-L’s products are warranted for defective materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Tri-L shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product is defective. Tri-L is not responsible for damage to its products which occur during delivery from Tri-L to purchaser.

What Is Not Warranted?

Tri-L is not responsible for the following: (1) Used products; (2) Any product that has been altered or modified in ways not approved by Tri-L; (3) Depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, lack of proper protection during storage, accident, improper assembly, and use of the product for other than the intended design.

Securing Warranted Service?

To secure warranty service, the purchaser must (1) report the product defect to Tri-L within 24 hours from discovery of the defect, within the applicable warranty term; (2) take photographs of the product and submit those photographs to Tri-L for review; (3) not use or transport the product until authorized to do so by Tri-L; and (4) make the product available to a Tri-L representative within a reasonable period of time. Limitation and Disclaimer of Implied Warranties and Remedies

To the extent permitted by law, Tri-L limits its warranty to defects in material and workmanship and disclaims all other warranties of any kind whatsoever, express, implied or statutory. Tri-L makes no warranties, representations or promises as to the quality, performance or freedom from defect other than covered by this limited warranty.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXCEED THE STATED LIMITED WARRANTY, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY TRI-L AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THE PURCHASER’S ONLY REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE BREACH OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY WARRANTY ARE THOSE SET FORTH ON THIS PAGE. IN NO EVENT WILL TRI-L BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
